The Assurant Health Plan includes both in and out of network benefits. All groups must choose a network or networks from three national networks listed below prior to enrolling. Employees may select different networks depending on their needs or choice of doctors and hospitals. Network choice is a factor in the final rates, with Cigna Great West network being the most competitive. If you call your doctor's office to check if they are in-network, you should ask if they accept one of the three networks listed below.
