Customer Experience Representative


Job Summary


Health Services Administrators is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to provide professional and effective customer service within a busy call-center environment. Primary responsibilities will include answering and responding to incoming customer calls in a proficient and timely manner. Will maintain detailed knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to analyze and identify appropriate solutions for customer’s needs. Successful candidates will have strong decision making and analytical abilities, and passion for delivering exceptional service.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities


  • Field incoming calls regarding health insurance and benefits, billing services, and general questions or concerns
  • Respond quickly and accurately to all customer inquiries, demonstrating expertise and knowledge of products and processes. Facilitate escalations when appropriate.
  • Process customer payments over the phone, including explanation of the process and legal disclosures as needed.
  • Advise customers regarding policy and provides benefit information across multi-carrier health insurance plans. Provide assistance with the selection and  administration of health insurance plans
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of all products and services we offer. Analyze and identify which products best meet the client’s needs, and recognize cross-selling opportunities.
  • Navigate a computerized data entry system and other relevant applications. Familiarity with carrier websites is a plus
  • Additional duties as assigned.


Requirements:


  • Experience in a call center environment, major health insurance carrier preferred.
  • Strong understanding of benefits plans and the health insurance industry, including familiarity with HIPAA regulations and knowledge of current health care landscape
  • Proven track record of dependability/reliability with an exemplary attendance record.
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and problem-solving skills. Ability maintain a calm demeanor and de-escalate customer conflict.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and possess excellent attention to detail with exceptional follow-up skills.
  • Self- motivated with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team with minimal direct supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel & Outlook.





Senior Systems Administrator


Position Overview


HSA Insurance is seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to join our highly collaborative IT Infrastructure team. This position will play a critical role in driving the success of IT support through administration, automation, system management, maintenance, and deployment of IT systems in a HIPAA compliant environment. Responsibilities will include supporting systems and networking infrastructure, utilizing technical knowledge to develop solutions to complex IT problems, and assisting with the direction of the company’s overall technology strategy. This position requires a great deal of communication and cooperation with other teams within the Technology department to ensure the infrastructure meets the needs of the business.


Position Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Provide daily administration and support of systems and networking related infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot, manage and provision Servers (Windows 2008/2012/2016) in a physical and virtualized environment
  • Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, IPS and all other networking equipment
  • Build scripts, automate administration tasks and Web Application build-outs
  • Support Microsoft SQL Databases
  • Data Backup/Replication
  • Plans and implements upgrades, patches, and installation of new applications, security patches, and equipment.
  • Maintain clear and concise technical and process documentation of all systems and processes in scope
  • Manage, and maintain systems/network monitoring solutions, notification, and response
  • Plan, execute and maintain system security initiatives and the reporting of security relevant events
  • Assist with making new software/hardware purchases and lead the deployment new or updated technology
  • Perform infrastructure changes and lead new implementations, including the following:
    • -Software/hardware changes and upgrades for file servers, application servers, and networking systems
    • -Web Servers and custom web applications
    • -Network infrastructure over multiple hosting facilities with high availability services and SLAs
    • -Implementation and maintenance of virtual servers
  • Support complex network problems or network infrastructure issues and manage the performance and capacity of infrastructure and applications
  • Troubleshoot system failures quickly to minimize outages or interruptions and provide root cause analysis
  • Utilize Helpdesk Ticketing system to manage issues and assist Desktop Support Administrator when needed
  • Communicate and collaborate with both internal and external technology departments and all end users
  • Other related duties and tasks as required.


Requirements


  • BA or BS in Computer Science or related field.
  • 6+ years of Systems Administration experience in a Windows based environment.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience working with various technologies including, but not limited to:
  • Infrastructure Administration to 99.9% uptime, mission critical operation
  • Microsoft based infrastructure
  • Managing VMware vSphere Environment
  • Managing data Enterprise/SMB backup and protection solutions
  • Providing Network Administration (LAN, WAN, IPSEC-Tunnels, MPLS WAN, EPL WAN). Candidate experience with Cisco Enterprise platform a plus.
  • Managing Information security for SMB of 50+ end users
  • MS Active Directory (AD administration, group policy, etc.), Windows Enterprise Server
  • SQL 2005-2017, Microsoft IIS
  • Scripting in Powershell and experience with Visual Basic
  • SAN based storage utilizing Enterprise platform (EMC or NetApp a plus)
  • Experience in implementing and managing security (users, roles, security groups)
  • Extensive experience in industry standard remote access solutions (VPN, SSL VPN, Citrix)
  • Telco Experience and VOIP Cloud hosting experience a plus
  • Excellent troubleshooting and investigative skills. Must enjoy challenges, ask targeted questions, and take an innovative approach to solving problems
  • Professional attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong customer service focus
  • Ability to lift and move IT equipment and other related hardware up to 50 pounds
  • Periodic local travel may be required.
