Mass Residents Cannot Keep Their Current Plan

The Obama administration announced last fall that Americans who want to keep their old health plans may do so for two years longer than they expected, even if the policies don’t comply with the law.

However, the Massachusetts DOI announced that Massachusetts residents who's plans are being discontinued cannot keep their plan, as indicated in this letter from Joseph Murphy.
