Is your client thinking about changing carriers? Some things to consider:

  • Does your client's current medical providers accept the new plan? A directory for all of our carriers can be found here.
  • If your client does decide to change carriers, please allow several weeks for applications to be processed. With the majority of our membership renewing within the same timeframe, we must allow for extra time to process applications.
  • It will take several weeks after applications are processed to receive ID cards for new plans.
