Welcome Association! We want to make it very easy for your members to get health insurance. We have set up this very simple tool to aid in this process.
Here is how you get started:

Once you see your name in the above drop down list box, select all the text in the code box below and copy it. Then paste the entire code into your web page.
Please remember to email partnerlinks@hsainsurance.com when you have completed this so that we may place you into the Partner Program. Please also state the exact location on your website of the icon. If you have any trouble with adding this to your website, please email partnerlinks@hsainsurance.com and we will assist you.
